This E-mail is because of a false advertisement you placed on Craigslist stating that we are a fraudulent company, We have asked that you remove that add to avoid legal matters however it seems you refused to.
One of our representatives has contacted you today Feb 17 2015 at 17:17 Hours EST and you where not cooperative with him.
As of right now this file has been sent to my hands and your agents hands, Today we have calculated a loss of $ 39,782.17 due to your falsified add on Craigslist causing damage to our company.
You stated that you have not received any E-mails from us for one week however that is inaccurate as our records show other wise, You request a tracking number and as it was stated they will put a request for the tracking number but due to the HIGH volume of orders taking place on a daily basis our systems take a while to be updated.
You stated that you have not received confirmation of payment made to us for your order, However again that is not accurate as the payment of $564.43 (Five hundred sixty four dollars and forty three cents) was received by E-Transfer which an automatic E-mail by the bank was sent to you after acceptance.

A confirmation number with your account number was sent to you on the 11th of February 2015 with the account balance and account details and order details.
I kindly ask that you remove the craigslist add today no later then 18:00Hrs or I will be forced to have our legal department start taking all legal procedures on all losses that occur for the time being that the add is online. Please note that any failure or any other situation arises we hold the right to provide a third company your information for collection purposes.

Your order will be placed on hold as your add placed on the internet is preventing us from making some sales and each day it is being calculated.
You can threaten as much as you want but when you effect a business it indeed has repercussions.
We require the prof that the add is removed and that you will make a settlement with us for the sales we have lost.

Like it was stated to you multiple times and hopefully you will understand this time your order could have been shipped with any one of our couriers.
However the add you posted on craigslist has not been removed, We have tried to act kindly on this and rectify this matter however you are non responsive.
There for we are forced to contact our legal departments and handle this situation with all force of our legal departments you have made us lose up to 62,000$ in sales there fore you will be held 100% accountable.
You may think you are tough and funny to hide behind a desk writing comments trying to pull people away from our company but in this case you are held responsible. There are over 900 orders and names and numbers of those who are willing to testify that the sale was refused due to your add.

I sent a request to my Removal Department re: "the add" a few days ago. Due to the HUGE volume of requests, they seem hesitant to pull anyone off their job without proof of a tracking number. They write all the adds out in paper and put them in a box every week, so I guess it's pretty hard to go through them all just for 1 complaint.
I've done all I can with the information I have. If I had a tracking number, or a new computer, maybe I could be of better assistance.

Turns out I didn't send an email to the Removal Department, but actually reprogrammed my microwave by accident. It now only blinks 12:00 and burns my popcorn. This has effected my 14 roomates and 37 house guest for my latest "PCP" (Pop Corn Party) and has made me lose an additional 124 facebook friends.
