Avoid these guys at all costs. Fraudulent company that claims to offer financing, but charges you and never sends product. They sell computers, appliances and power tools - justifying low prices as liquidation sales. After your initial payment, they cease all correspondence. Attempts to call are met with a fake "hold queue" and then sent to voicemail.

They have been calling me endlessly since I called them out on Craigslist and claim I owe them $62,000 in damages and losses. :roll:

I want proof that my computer has been shipped, otherwise I am requesting a refund of my $564.43 and the charges to my credit card.

Your order was placed on the 9th of February 2015, It was sent to processing on the 10th of February 2015 and marked as shipped on the 13th of February 2015. However we are now still waiting for our shipping department to send us your Tracking number and it is a TOP PRIORITY as to the fact that we have to put your order on hold until legal matters are resolved such as the add you posted stating we are a SCAM. Your IP Address has been registered with craigslist when you posted this add. Which makes our sales representatives life harder. Next Monday the 16th of February 2015 98% of our officers where closed due to a holiday. Last Friday the 13 2015 our switch board was having technical difficulties.



Now placing add's on a company that is 100% LEGIT is indeed illegal, We will require proof that all add's placed with your IP Address and so on have been removed or legal matters will be taken.

I paid them the deposit through Interac Money Transfer (Stupid, I know). They then charged my credit card, but used a different company name (ECO 2011 NONE QC).

After I refused to take down my CL warning, I received this:

Shavvy! I hope all is well.

I sent a request to my Removal Department re: "the add" a few days ago. Due to the HUGE volume of requests, they seem hesitant to pull anyone off their job without proof of a tracking number. They write all the adds out in paper and put them in a box every week, so I guess it's pretty hard to go through them all just for 1 complaint.

I've done all I can with the information I have. If I had a tracking number, or a new computer, maybe I could be of better assistance.

Turns out I didn't send an email to the Removal Department, but actually reprogrammed my microwave by accident. It now only blinks 12:00 and burns my popcorn. This has effected my 14 roomates and 37 house guest for my latest "PCP" (Pop Corn Party) and has made me lose an additional 124 facebook friends. If you've not received anything in respect of your original payment then you are entitled to have it refunded by your credit card company. You just have to go through the rigmarole, though even your credit card company may realise that would be a waste of time in the circumstances.

Card companies shouldn't provide card facilities to organisations/people who misuse them. If they have to deal with reclaims they learn a valuable lesson and so does the organisation/person you have been dealing with.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle
