Instagram shops a scam? How do I know if Legit?

I saw some shops selling iphones at cheap prices and I wanna know if they're legit. Shops are at @selling__iphones (sellingiphones.tictail.com) and @verifieddeals . Please help me!

Anyone selling iPhones (or other brand name goods) at cheap prices is a scammer.

The only people who offer such goods at "too good to be true" prices or with "buy X get 1 free" offers are scammers who have no intention of sending you anything.
