Yes the truck is registered in CA and it will surely pass smog .All you have to do is to go with cash in hand ( 2000$ ) to an MoneyPak Center in your area ( You can find one in every CVS/Pharmacy, Dollar General, Seven Eleven store ,Walmart ) and Pick up 4 MoneyPak for ( 500$ each ) from the Prepaid Product Section or Green Dot display and take it to the register.

It is similar to the other posts on here and the same e-mail was used. I contacted "her" regarding a craigslist post on Oct 28, 2014 about a 2005 Nissan Altima.
