I didn't contact the shipping company yet because I usually send somebody to see the car and evaluate it to me, then I send the money to them And they pay you, I never pay before someone I trust tell me how it is. I hope you understand because lost some money in past.

And wasn,t just this guy I talked to something like 10 peoples and all they coming from this site was sound a scam.

Your English is fine and I can understand you perfectly. I agree that this looks very suspicious and you are very sensible to insist on seeing the car before paying any money. Most UK and US car sale sites are filled with fraudulent adverts and a seller is stupid if he isn't prepared to allow a buyer to see the car. If he won't let you inspect the car it is most likely that you haven't lost a bargain, you have avoided losing your money.

If the car is in Cyprus why is he advertising it for sale in Dubai and does he mention this in the original advert ? Of course the car is usually such a bargain there is a risk you'll rush in to a deal. Usually the money will go in to the bank account of a 'money mule' who passes on the money to him and if he hasn't got any in Cyprus, I'm sure that he has them in the UK which I regret to say is a centre for criminal payments like this. Once you've made payment there is no hope that you'll get your money back.

I'm happy to hear that you avoided getting scammed and it's nice to know where else these criminals are operating, though it's very likely that they're based in the UK.
