I am in United Kingdom now and the car is in Dubai. Here is how we can start this deal together. I do not need any advance payment done to me , until you see my car . But because i will have to come to Dubai and drive the car to you , i can not put myself on this travel until i will have some kind of warranty. Here is EXACTLY how I propose you to make a safe deal:
-You go to your nearest Western Union branch available at any Exchange Office and deposit 50% of money you have to pay me for the car (12.000 AED in cash) on a RANDOM name ( EG your best friend name with the country destination United Kingdom, city Portsmouth ) .
-After you complete the money transfer you will receive the receipt. Scan it and send it back to me. In this way I make sure that the money have been deposited correctly.
-Once I receive the scanned receipt from you, I will IMMEDIATELY buy the plane ticket and come to Dubai.
-After i will come to you , you will inspect the car and all its papers. If all is OK and we will close the deal, you will pay me the rest of the money in cash and you will have to go on Western Union and modify the transfer details by changing the receiver name with my name, so I can collect the money when i will be back in UK. Making a transfer trough Western Union should not take more then 30 minutes from your time.
-If you don't like the car you can go back at Western Union and pick up your money back.
-It's a 100% safe deal for both of us. Your big advantage: you can inspect the car before I get paid and also i will have a little warranty that you want to buy the car .
