Following is my experience with buychina.com
I have no idea if this is a deliberate scam/ripoff or whether they are just incompetent/unprofessional. Regardless, the result is that buyChina.com have effectively STOLEN about $400 from me and I and my husband have lost many hours of our lives attempting to recover my money from this organisation.

On the 10th of January 2014 I was told you could not supply some of my order and you offered a partial refund which I accepted.
I still have not received this refund and it is now 18th June.
That is 159 days - more than 5 months
That is totally unacceptable.
If the refund has not been processed, and confirmation of that sent to me via email to ???@??? within the next 48 hours, I will escalate this to the necessary authorities for recovery of my money.
