The scammers are copying dealer adverts from Autotrader UK and re-posting them back on Autotrader UK at knock-down prices. Dealers can't compete with them.

This is the scammer's advert with the vehicle registration photo-hacked out.

The photo on the front page of the real advert appears on one of the subsidiary pages of the scam advert and has also had the vehicle registration photo- hacked out.

It's safest to avoid any advert where the registration details have been photo-hacked out. This method is used by one of the largest scam gangs operating on Autotrader UK
