Though I have taken a couple of days off I have a thread where I normally post 100-200 fraudulent adverts posted on Autotrader UK daily and the same gang operate on Gumtree, ebay and probably every ad site there is, and they don't restrict their activities to the UK.

I am beginning to believe that ad sites have had their day with the volume of frauds appearing on them. If people follow the rule of never paying for anything until they've seen and inspected it, they won't get scammed, but people use these sites to avoid doing that.

I'll be checking Autotrader UK shortly and, being a weekend, there should be a large haul and if any buyer makes the mistake of paying money, it'll be lost and gone for ever and neither the police nor banks will take any notice.
