Without any doubt it's a scam.
Do not pay any money out because you won't get it back.

Or you can look at my list of fraudulent camper van adverts to see if it's one I've already picked up.

As AJ says - if you pay for a vehicle without seeing it first - chances are you never will see it AND it's not a bargain if you end up losing all your money. In the past week two or three victims have reported their losses here and it's undoubtedly the same criminal gang at work.
