On January 6th I made an enquiry about superheroes USB prices to the company HONGKONG XINKANG INDUSTRY CO., LIMITED. “Erica” ([email protected]) replied within a day with the information I needed. After several mails we reached an agreement on the price and proceeded with the commercial process. It would be $325dlls for 100 USB shipped directly to Mexico. Their payment methods included T/T and Western Union. We chose the last option.
On January 7th I made the payment via Western Union and sent the copy of the receipt to Erica, along with my shipping information. On January 9th she confirmed the payment and told me the items would ship until next Wednesday (January 15th). The day came and I sent her an e-mail asking for the tracking number. She replied the next day with one, but DHL didn’t have any package with such number. It was false.
After several e-mails, she answered on January 20th apologizing for the delay and telling me the goods were still in their warehouse in Hong Kong due to some problems they had because of the spring festival. She promised the items would leave on Friday (January 24th). I told her that if the items didn’t leave Hong Kong on Friday I would ask for a refund. She replied with an “Ok, it’s noted”. That was the last e-mail I received from her.
Now is January 31st and I’ve sent many e-mails asking what’s going on without any reply. Four days ago I made up a false e-mail and asked her for some products to check if she wasn’t replying at all, but she did. She’s been sending me messages on a daily basis thinking I’m another buyer she can scam.
