Craigslist, Ebay and other online buying/selling scams.

Product prices shown are not real, after ordering they inform you that prices refer to quantity of 1000 pieces! . The site clearly writes that prices are for single piece order.

They write they accept all forms of payment including bank transfer and credit card. False. They only accept Paypal and W. Union.

Did you get the money back from them? I have exactly the same situation. I found them at alibaba. I placed an order for $ 4000 and made a bank transfer. They should get it two days later, but they been written for next few days that they do not have it on account. After when I wrote that I have to report this to the HK Police suddenly found my transfer. Now I got the information that they can't process my order because the cost of production is higher than I bought :/ WTF?
Now I'm waiting for a transfer return secound day and all the time they saying that the transfer will return soon.

TopItShopping.com Ripped Us Off For $9,900

Our company placed an order for $9,900 worth of product from TopItShopping.com. We sent them the payment then didn't hear from them for a couple of days so we sent an email asking about our order and they said they were still verifying our payment, which is odd because we already verified they received it the day prior but no big deal. Another day went by again with no word. The 4th day we followed up the the order only to be told again that they we still verifying our payment. At this point we knew something was up because I've been importing for 20 years and what I do daily for a living so I know it doesn't take 4 days to verify a payment. When I called them on that little fact they gave me a lame excuse about their email being down so they couldn't check their email. Odd enough they were replying to me with their "working" email account not to mention it doesn't require an email account to verify a payment!

So basically they stopped replying to me and ripped our company off for $9,900. We found them on Alibaba as a Gold member so we thought we could trust them but today we see their account has been banned by Alibaba so seems they have been scamming and now got caught. Anyways, topitshopping.com is a scam, fraud, rip off and whatever else you want to label them but DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

Good luck with that. These guys are ripping everyone off and getting banned from Alibaba etc..... They have nothing to gain by refunding you at this point. Hope you get it though and if not you can complain to their bank like we are so the bank knows they are using the account for fraudulent activity and shut it down. The more complaints the better.....

When did you pay them? Do you report somewhere already that scam company? I have report them to aliababa and yesterday they write to me that will come into contact with this company to explain. Not counting much for help from them.
Their account on alibaba is closed but their website still works.
I have all the company information, details and address of the owner, with china ID.

Unfortunately, they playing like typical scammers.
If you have any suggestions or need some information please write. Send me prv message.

We sent the payment on 03/13/2014 and today is 03/21/2014. At first I got a couple of emails saying they will look into the payment to verify they got it then no more emails. As I said before Alibaba took down their products and they no longer have an account there but that must have happens only days after our payment was sent because we could access their Alibaba listings. So as it is TopItShopping or TopItShopping.com stole almost $10,000 from our company with their scam.

This is one of their hotmail email addresses [email protected] to stay away from they are a scam

Hope it works out for you.....

I wish I had seen this before I paid them, but when I did a search, there wasn't that much information on them. I believe I know why. Here is my story.

I refused to make a large order with them, and it looks like I was smart to do so. Also I paid with Paypal. In any case, after paying them via Paypal, they replied the next day claiming that Paypal did some mysterious survey that resulted in the funds being put on hold, and that I could verify this by contacting Paypal.

As a result of the hold on the funds, they said they would not ship the order to me.

Their solution was to try to send me a "sample" order (of course not defining what will be sent) that would result in Paypal lifting the hold. Once the hold is lifted, they claim they would send my whole order. They also tried to tell me things to say to Paypal (like claiming I purchased from another website that they own, saying I received the full order, etc).

This makes absolutely zero sense, and it was clearly preplanned.

If Paypal has a hold on your buyers funds, all you have to do is ship the order, then Paypal will release the funds within 3 days. Why won't they simply ship the order? I have told them that I want a refund, and I have initiated the process with Paypal. Let's see how this turns out. Luckily, I paid with a credit card so I can do a chargeback if all else fails.

This is way too fishy to take the risk. Also some of their prices are unrealistic (even for a Chinese supplier). That should have been a red flag, but I didn't think they would play games if I used Paypal. Lesson learned.

I don't know if this is a scam, and I am not accusing them of being scammers, but their excuse for not sending the order is complete BS. I paid for the order, so they should ship it. If Paypal is holding the funds until they ship it, what would that have to do with me? Very, very, suspicious.

As of now, their "financial department" keeps sending me the same recycled generic message saying that Paypal won't let them send or refund money, but I told them if they go to the resolution center and agree to refund the money it would go through. They keep ignoring me. It's as if they are trying to string me along for as long as possible. I will be calling Paypal in the next few hours and seeing if I can get them to simply refund me the money based on the information I have.

Hi Guys

We ve got scammed too for 2700 USD. We sent our payment on 17th of february and to push getting our money back here are some information I would like to share:

- we send some chinese friends to all provided adresses, this "offices" dont exist, there is one adress left that we still didnt check
- my chinese lawyer explained me that they do only have to pay back 10% of the amount to solve this their bankrupcy and open a new company
- the screenshot of their small payments that they ask for is exactly for this

all other infos are already listed above. my seller was KEVIN KONG too...

my idea is that they wash money or just got our money to get the interests and pay back our money very very slow...that is a possibility...defenitly

:bondage:

they should suffer for this, doing almost 15 years business and never happend...and were even ONSITE CHECKED on alibaba...what a mess...

lets keep our heads up

GOOD NEWS!!!

As much as I complain about Paypal (as a seller), it helped me this time as a buyer!!! They just recovered my money from topitshopping and it has been refunded to my credit card.

Here's a tip for anyone buying from foreign suppliers. USE PAYPAL. I almost always use Paypal for my purchases unless I've done a lot of business with them in the past. The supplier may charge you a fee of 3-5% but it's better than losing your money.

Good luck to the rest of you guys.
