Hi all,
I am reporting the above email address for a blatant scam on Autotrader. I'm window shopping for a certain car then a friend linked me to "Angie's" car, going at less than half the price as you'd normally expect. Checking the ad led to three massive red flags:
1) The car description is inconsistent. It is categorised as a 1.4 engine, yet in "Angie's" own words it is a 1.8. The colour of the car is red; in "Angie's" words, it is blue.
2) The only way to contact "Angie" is through "her" email address. Apparently "her" phone is not working.
3) The clincher? The stupid oaf has copied the EXACT SAME PICTURES from a legitimate seller on Autotrader. You couldn't make it up.
The ad has been reported and the dealer alerted. If anyone in the UK is remotely tempted by this:
http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... 0289494130
Then take a look at this:

Avoid, avoid, avoid!
