Hi this is another Gumtree scam, I posted my reply as well.
Hi Peter Davis, again,
No probs on the response, I also have a 'internet messaging facility', and I understand the difficulty if you are away at sea. I am happy to continue doing this over the internet.
That's fantastic that your son graduated at Charles Darwin University in NT! I hear its hot there, I hope he copes with the heat okay, I will put an esky of my favourite chilled beer in the boot for him.... I'm currently studying the migration paths of flamingos with a research grant gained from the University of USC- my course code is- OMB.ag1.
Wow you must be such a nice guy to buy your first son a new car as a graduation gift... I appreciate the hard work, you see, that goes into raising funds for such a large amount on a car... As putting myself through university and working three jobs and making money in an honourable and honest way can be tiresome at times and it took me a long time to afford the car I now have. This being your first son, I can just imagine the heartache and financial strain this must put on your family, especially when you put the next family members through Charles Darwin University in the NT.
Whoops got off topic there... Anyways, the only history I know of is that Jessica Maple sold me the car at Jarvis Ford car lot, NSW, 5973. The owner of the lot, Susan Galbreath, is around 5.5", she bought the lot in 93 and has spent considerable time converting the once market garden into the car lot we see today... She has three daughters, one with a limp, the others who have a fabulous outlook and disposition on life in general- The car is brand new, but started out life as sheet metal. She was a lovely lady, who loved a good chinwag and explained the following history to me...
The Holden VE Commodore, Berlina and Calais are a range of full-size cars produced from 2006 to 2013 by Holden, the Australian subsidiary of General Motors (GM).
Succeeding the previous VZ model, the VE marked the introduction of the fourth generation of Holden Commodore—a model line introduced in 1978. As opposed to the VZ and all models previous which used Opel-sourced platformsadapted both mechanically and in size for the local market, the VE programme is the first Commodore to be developed exclusively by Holden in Australia. Despite its status as an all-new model, engines—comprising the 3.6-litre V6 and more powerful 6.0-litre V8—have been largely carried over from the VZ series. Innovative features to help minimise export redevelopment costs, such as a symmetrical centre console housing a flush-fitting hand brake lever, facilitate the conversion to left-hand drive. Internationally, the VE is badge engineered as theChevrolet Lumina, Chevrolet Omega and previously as the Pontiac G8 from 2007 to 2009.
Holden implemented a staged roll-out of the VE variants, releasing the sedan first in July 2006. Prior to this, Holden stated they would manufacture two parallel generations of Commodores until the new station wagon and utility body styles were launched. Variants by the brand's performance arm, Holden Special Vehicles (HSV), were released soon after the sedan's debut alongside the long-wheelbase WM Statesman/Caprice models. The VE Ute did not enter production until 2007 when it was accompanied by the previewing of aSportwagon concept. The Sportwagon itself was subsequently introduced in July 2008 with the standard Commodore wheelbase instead of the extended wheelbase of previous Commodore wagons.
Updates to the VE have come in the form of model year (MY) changes from early 2007 onwards. Typically subtle in nature, these recurring changes have involved alterations to colours and trim, increased standard equipment, and a reduction in fuel consumption. More noteworthy adjustments have come in the form of a smaller 3.0-litre V6 engine for entry-level versions and "Series II" styling revisions in late 2010.
As you stated you will give me 300$ to take the posting down so it can be a surprise for your son, I will give you all my bank details to put it in there... Is there anything else you need from me... Birth certificate, social security numbers, work schedule, bowel movement times?
Now you also said you will send a freighter to pick up my car... as luck would have it I also work for a freighter company and currently pilot an X-wing class ship. If you like I can meet your guys near Endor and make the delivery more simple. Admiral Ackbar has given me permission to go off target and deliver to you.
In regards to the payment and you needing my BSB and account info... You sound like such a stand up and swell guy I am prepared to donate the car for your son who if studying at Charles Darwin University and pay YOU the $59,000 I worked my arse off to earn! If you give me your account details and BSB I will organise a safe deposit box in your institution and in your name deposit the equivalent in untraceable gold bullion or freshly cut blood diamonds - will need to decide on that one.
Yours kindly
