Hi,

My son tried to order a pair of New balance trainers from what he thought was a legitimate site. My bank have now bveen in touch to stop my card as it appears the site is based in China! Anyone else come across this site? How do I go about getting my money back (assuming I can at all?). Any help would be gratefully received

Thanks

You'll note the registration date. Chances are very few people will have found the website in the five days its been in existence. There's a few clues that its not a real English site. Very poor English, no contact address or phone number etc

Unless your purchase was over £100 I don't think you have any redress against the credit card issuer and i don't think you'll get your money back from the Chinese company either.
