Online selling Scam..

Hi - just received a weird request for my Bank Details, Using Western Union as a way of transfer! He answered an advert I placed as I am selling furniture in Mijas, Malaga. Says he works as an offshore Engineer for Chevron, so beware if you get an email of this nature! Obvious Scammer....

Yes, that is very definitely a scam. Can you please post the email, including name and email address the scammer is using so that they show up in searches for others?
