Buying medicines from an unknown and unlicensed chemist from the internet ?

Losing your money isn't the worst thing that could happen to you.

Many years ago I did it by accident, before the risks were known, when I visited a remote country and wanted some medicines for when I went on a trek and I was in a country close to China, the home of fake drugs. You could buy anything in a supermarket there but we were innocent in those days.

The domain is registered with a domain privacy company to hide who is behind, it and the fact that you're paying to someone in Turkey when the site is posing as being Spanish gives you two major red flags, apart from the fact that if they choose not to send you anything, you don't even know who you're dealing with.

They don't mention payment by Western Union on the site.

You have to tell lies to send them money! I don't think so somehow. It's the Turkish scam contingent. I have seen this trend for scams originating from there. I don't know if it is due to having a W African base, but I did question the reasons for this and on the web I saw pictures of a lot of West Africans at the airport, in various sites. The suspicion arises that just the same as the West African/African countries and Malaysia are suspect, Turkey can go in the list. I am not forgetting the other FSU hotspots of course.
