Craigslist, Ebay and other online buying/selling scams.

Omg I am so sick to death of these scammers that think they can manipulate someone into sending them our personal items that we want to genuinely sell. Grrr. Shame on all of them. I really wish there was a way we could get them into trouble with the law. I just had a "buyer" for a watch I have for sale on gumtree. Her or his name is katharina Eason. Said she or he lived in the gold coast and wanted to know how much postage would be. So I replied... How do I know this isn't another scam email?... She or he replied back what?? Scam?? So I said how will u pay? They then replied... I can either send u the money by PayPal or bank... I said I would get back to them in the morning... Then I decided to Google their name and tadaa!the first thing that popped up was their name on this scammers site!!! I almost believed them hey. Lucky I did that little bit of research first. I thought PayPal was safe and secure??? Hmmmm. So if ur in doubt weather the person that is wanting to buy stuff off of you... Be sure to quickly type their name into Google and I think 9 times outof 10 their name will come up on here. I'd like to meet them face to face!!!

A Scammer will try and trick you by sending you a spoof e-mail that looks like that it has been sent to you from PayPal.

The e-mail will tell you that the buyer has paid, but your money cannot be released until you provide a Tracking Number that shows the item you are selling has been despatched.

By time you realise that you have been scammed your goods will be out of the country and virtually impossible to recall.

NO OFFENSE BUT AS LONG AS THERE ARE IDIOTS THAT WILL CONSIDER DEALING WITH PEOPLE IN A SHIPPING DEAL, YOU ALL MAKE IT SO EASY FOR THESE SCAMMERS TO BOTHER ALL OF US.

What does it take to make you all understand this one simple hint, DONT DEAL WITH ANYONE out of town and deal FACE TO FACE only with CASH. No Money order, No PayPal, and so on.

Sell your items on CL or Kijiji.

I didn't have to look this persons name up to know she, although most likely a he was a scammer for they all tend to do the same thing, they write from one address and it replies to another.
Usually one of those addresses at least will be a numbered address such as, [email protected]. Another day or another city it will be [email protected]

STOP dealing with items you have to ship and these scammers will have no one to deal with but as long as they do have people that willingly deal with them, they will annoy the rest of us to no end.

YES SHE/HE IS A SCAMMER AND DEALS WITH THESE ADDRESSEES
