I recently received a payment via paypal from an non-us unverified user (I was a bit suspicious at this stage but I was eager to sell quickly. Additional to this the payment was still subject to reversal.
After receiving the funds in Paypal, I withdrew them to my personal bank account. After an initial 24 hours the payment has now been completed and is in my account. However the issue that is arising is that whilst I can see it in my bank account when I go to edit my details (Card), it appears I am unable to as the the payment is still pending.
I am reluctant to sell my item as I feel this could be hoax. I phoned Paypal to discuss with them about this transaction and they revealed it was a personal payment which goes way below their rules. However if I refund the money I could stand to loose double the money, as either paypal will refund back out or I will have paid another another load of money out.
What do I do? I am looking for a quick response. I'm not new to Paypal but have not had anything like this before and therefore looking for some advice.
