If you don't have a paypal account, You Can Easily set one up on up at www.paypal.com , PayPal is the fastest and safest Means of payment online and It Protects Both buyer and seller on the Internet transaction.<----------------------------------they will miss spell common used words as to confuse the seller/buyer and to make it more personable like the scamer just wrote this e-mail for you and in fact he/she has copy and pasted this a thousand times over and knows all the incorrect spelling he or she did.

Let me know if this okay,<-------------------------- if it seems like a scam it is point case!

Welcome to ScamWarners scamARTist. That is a scam, the scammer would send you an email which looked like it was sent by PayPal. It would actually be spoofed by the scammer to trick a victim.

Please post up the email address you received this from. Often people search to see if they are dealing with a scammer using the email address. Thank you
