Since the property has always been well-maintained, moreover got the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor in 2018, I would need a tenant who is responsible and will take care of the property as their own. Therefore the following questions are very important for me:

How long would you like to rent it for ? How many people will stay into the property ? Can you provide any past references ? ( reference letter from either your current landlord or employer )

The property is made with luxury appliances since it was used for short term lettings until 1 month ago when the person empowered to handle all the reservations has received a new job outside England and I didn't had time to handle the reservations by myself. This is one of the main reasons that made me to list it for long term rental. Parking space is also available !

Regarding the viewing, I cannot put my job on pending without any pre-notice to the leading management especially when dealing with emergencies. Since I've used tripadvisor.co.uk on short term for 3 years with success avoiding any problems, I would like to use it as well for long term.

You can book the property directly on tripadvisor.co.uk and as soon as your booking is placed & confirmed you can view the property immediately or move in directly since it is empty at this moment.
