This Scammer will arrange to send you an Invoice or notification -- Make no mistake, the document will be fake !
If you are reading this because you have received such an invoice or notification, kindly forward it to the address in my signature line and I will report the details to the appropriate authorities.

Hi, yes I have received these exact same emails - word for word almost.
Mine came from [email protected] and they have copied an official signature from someone working for the Red Cross so that you think it is someone trustworthy.
They told me they have sent money to Paypal for me with an over payment of 2000AED (item is only worth 900AED) for shipment and that I must go to Moneygram and send the overpayment in cash to the 'courier' based in Ukraine (item is located in UAE) before Paypal will release the money to my account.
They have also sent a fake Paypal notification - from a fake PayPal email address - pretending to have received a payment from this Sarah Tomcikova.
I am forwarding the emails to the address below also.
