I made an additional payment of 4,000 Nok for the shipping agent pick up fee and i am sure you noticed that, according to PayPal policy you'll have to send the extra amount to the shipping company headquarters through Money Gram and then send the Money Gram transfer information to PayPal for verification, so that the total amount of 16,500 Nok can be released into your PayPal account and the transaction can be finalised... All you need to do now to get the money released to your PayPal account is to proceed with the 4,000 Nok payment Via Money Gram to the shipping company's address and send the confirmation to PayPal by replying the email confirmation you received for the verification and activation of the full funds of 16,500 Nok to your PayPal account. I want you to be aware that this transaction cannot be canceled or reversed as it is still on hold.
