Congratulations!!! Your payment has been registered for activation on your Bank Account and this will be received in a couple of hours but there is a problem concerning the payment sent to your Bank account reason been that International transfer bank charges need to be settle before the fund can be fully mature in your bank account and International transfer charges fee is €35.00 EUR and we have also contacted your buyer about it and your buyer has sent an additional payment of €150.00 EUR, therefore, we have automatically deducted the international transfer charges from the additional payment made to your account and the remaining balance of €115.00 EUR will be added to your previous payment of €256.00 EUR.
Therefore, We have deducted the international transfer fees now, the total amount going to be transfer to your account will be €371.00 EUR and be inform that this money is ready to be transfer and activated to your Bank Account. We regret to inform you that payment will not be activated into your Bank account until you have refund back the remaining amount €115.00 EUR to your buyers through his/her own preferred way of getting the fund back, so that there will be no outstanding payment left in between. We will also contact your buyer to know his/her best way of getting the fund back and get back to you.
Note : We want you to know that this transaction has already been recorded on the Center Processing Unit of our system and can not be stopped or cancel for security reasons, which means, the amount can not be return back to the buyer's Bank account or be stopped from reflecting on your Bank account, the only thing we can do is to put the payment on hold from reflecting on your Bank account until you have refund the amount to the buyer. So therefore we employ you to get the amount refund back to the buyer as soon as possible and send us the refund receipt copy to finalize the transaction to your account.
