I just completed the transfer and you would have received confirmation from Paypal.. so i want you to send me the address where the pick up would be made and i made an additional payment of 400eur for the shipping agent pick up fee and i am sure you noticed that, according to Paypal's policy you'll have to send the extra amount to the shipping company headquarters through Money Gram and then send the Money Gram money transfer information to paypal for verification, so that the total amount of 2,906eur can be released into your paypal account and the transaction can be finalized.Here is the info you need to send the fee to the shipping agent through Money Gram ...

kindly proceed to Money Gram office around you or any local post office around you and make the transfer of 400eur via Money Gram to PAUL KIRKLAND in Ukraine so that the 2,906eur can be released into your account and we can continue with necessary preparation with transportation date and time.
I will advise you to check your inbox or spam/junk folder for the Paypal confirmation email in one of these folders.
let me know as soon as you proceed to send the fee to the shipping agent.

This Scammer will arrange to send you an Invoice or Notification -- Make no mistake, the document will be fake!
If you are reading this because you have received such an invoice or notification , kindly forward it to the address in my signature line and I will report the details to the appropriate authorities.

That's how they scam.
This guy sent me a fake PayPal payment to buy my motorcycle. He transferred 3500 extra for transportation. In the email it says;

In order complete this transaction and get the full funds credited into your account, you need to proceed to any MoneyGram® office around you and transfer the excess sum of 3,500.00 AED to the Transport Agent and send us a Scanned Copy/Photograph of your MoneyGram® Transaction Receipt.

He asked to send this money to a guy in Ukraine. The original email is below.

This e-mail confirms that you have received an Instant payment of 24,500.00 AED from Hadi Flannery via PayPal MERCHANDISE Payment Service.
