Having noticed that the buyer's account was compromise by someone who was using chafi-21 eBay account from another location. As part of our operation it is important that we protect our member's privacy and accounts as we have face a lot of attacks from spammers attacking our accounts database system. We'd like to let you know that eBay has restored this member's account and all issues relating to the buyer's accounts have been resolved.
We hereby apologize for the earlier messages announcing the cancellation of this transaction between you and the buyer of your item and we re-affirmed and confirm that we have resolved all the problems relating to the buyer's account. Therefore we recommend that you should continue and trade with this buyer, respond to further emails from this buyer as he has been re-admissioned to eBay community. You are obliged to complete the sale with him.
Kindly contact the buyer immediately and inform him that the item will be shipped accordingly in order to avoid any further legal action or negative feedback from your buyer. We have confirmed the payment from your buyer and we hereby encourage you to ship the item immediately to the shipping address provided by the buyer and make sure that you provide the neccessary details of the shipping tracking number to PayPal so that PayPal can release the funds into your PayPal account.
Please feel free to ship the item to the buyer's address and provide the necessary shipping details accordingly.
