he pretend to be a doctor from Spain and refuse my request to come to see that car.

Sorry for the delay... I just arrived home from a job that I had abroad. However the car is still for sale. As you can see from the photos attached the car is in good condition. The price I'm asking is 12.000 EUR. The car was never involved in an accident and it works perfect. I'm selling the car because I need to finance my company due some financial problems that I had lately. If you are interested in buying just inform so I can explain how to make the arrangements. We will sell it trough an escrow company only.
The car is now at my house in Cadiz/Spain.

Please check the activity of this user so called scambuster06. He is registered 2 weeks ago and he post something about people that is NOT true.
The fact is that I know Dr Andres from Clinica Bucalclinic and he is not pretending to be a doctor. He is actually a doctor.
I think people from ScamWarners should read careful what information they receive from this so called members registered 2 weeks ago.


If I think better I think he is not a scambuster ... He is a scammer itself.
Shame on this kind of people and I really hope that someone from ScamWarners will take action on this post and close it and delete it from their database.
Really can you trust a person that it's registered 2 weeks ago?? I would trust someone that it's registered 2 years go....

That means it's just a simple website where you can do harm to people...

The details that scambuster86 posted are a classic Escrow scam. So, unless you are suggesting that he made up the details he posted, there is no doubt that it is a scam.

If Dr. Andres wants to deny it and prove that he is legitimate then he can register here and contact a Moderator or Admin and provide proof of his legitimacy.

Hi,
Unfortunately I have to confirm that this is a real scam.
We saw an online add for a classic car for sale and contacted the person - Dr Andres as he presented himself.
Strangly enough, although working as doctor in Cadiz, Spain, in one BucalClinic, he spoke no spanish and his voice on the phone is extremely rough, as being disguised.
He insisted, in earlier contacts, to sell the car through some transport company (???) ensuring that if we wanted to go back on the buy once the car was received, we would be fully refunded.
Of course, we insisted in seeing the car before any compromise. The address was never provided... only an approximate location to where the car would be situated - San Roque in Cadiz.
When we confirmed the visit - for the next day - he abruptly cancelled saying he had to travel to Brazil...!
We booked a second visit a few weeks later and all was confirmed, but once on location - in San Roque area - he never answered the phone again.
After calling to several BucalClinics in Cadiz area, no one knows anything of a Dr Andres.
