I'm confused about craigslist textes I keep getting

I just posted an item for sale. I keep getting texts just starting my item description. That's it. No links or questions of any kind. Anyone know what this is? Thx

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
