1. Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms: Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the Vehicle, sale price and 5 days for the Buyer's inspection. Any invoices that are not paid within
24 hours will expire and your Vehicle will no longer be reserved.
2. Buyer Pays Amazon Auto Sales: Credit/Debit card is allowed if amount is not greater than $100. In case that the purchase amount exceeds $100 the Buyer submits payment using Amazon Gift Card Service.
3. Seller Ships the Vehicle: Upon payment verification, the Seller is authorized to ship the vehicle and submit tracking information. Amazon Auto Sales verifies that the Buyer receives the vehicle. The inspection
period begins once the Vehicle is delivered.
4. Buyer receives the Vehicle: The Buyer has 5 days to verify the item and the option to accept or reject. Return shipping will be at the Seller's expense.
5. The Seller is Paid by Amazon Auto Sales: The transaction is complete. If the buyer is not satisfied, he must notify our agency with the item issues, after the inspection period. A solution to most problems can
usually be negotiated between the Buyer and Seller. If this is not possible, the Buyer will receive the money from our trust account.
Payment must be submitted via Amazon Gift Cards and they can be purchased only with cash at thousands of stores nationwide. Amazon Gift Cards lets you enjoy the benefits of Amazon Auto Sales without a credit

Once you've bought the cards you need confirm your payment. You need to gently scratch or peel off the protective coating on the back of the cards and send us a picture with the back of the cards and a picture with
the payment receipt so we can add them to the files and validate your payment.

Protection and refund:
Once the item is delivered, the Purchaser has a 5 (five) days inspection period. After the inspection period is over, the Purchaser will contact Amazon Auto Sales with the results of the inspection.
If, for any reason, the item does not pass the Purchaser's inspection, it will be returned to the Seller, on Seller's expense and the funds will be returned to the Purchaser.
For safety reasons the payment details will be dealt with the utmost security and will not be handed to any third parties.
Amazon Auto Sales will be in full control of the funds as soon as it reaches the regional account. Once the funds have been sent to our regional account, no one but the Purchaser will have access to it.
Amazon Auto Sales will release the funds to the Seller only after the Purchaser receives and agrees with the item. Should the Purchaser need a refund for this transaction the amount received will be sent back
via bank transfer, check or money order. The account is managed and supervised by Amazon Auto Sales
