The invoice has been issued along with the confirmation e-mail – the confirmation e-mail is an automated e-mail and it is sent along with the invoice.

Please check your e-mail once again and also check SPAM/JUNK folder because it’s a large amount of data sent once and it is possible that the invoice to be there – if you want we can send you a print screen with the date/time when the invoice has been sent.

You cannot pay using the confirmation e-mail because you don’t have the account – which is a company account not an individual one, but you have to write both names in order to have the payment clearance faster – that’s what we have explained in our previous e-mail.

The banks in United Kingdom have a lot of security measures and usually for the payments in your country they will return the funds back first time and you will have to sent your confirmation with your bank in order to approve the transaction – all these operations along with the exchange rate EUR/GBP will make you lose at least 6-7% from the total price of the vehicle (that means more to pay for you).

We are able to issue the invoice with our UK bank account but we will have to postpone the delivery to 12-15 days until our bank in UK verifies your payment.
