Craigslist, Ebay and other online buying/selling scams.

I am selling a ps4 on an Austrian (europe) online selling page and I get a request from an American who wants to buy the product for the full price and wants it shipped to Italy for his cousin, I became suspicious and looked up more info on online scams but it if it is really a scam, it is pulled off very professionally.
He wrote in flawless english and he even claimed to be in on duty in Afghanistan as a US Soldier. He sent me a picture of his Military ID and a picture of him but call me paranoid, I think it looks a bit fake and printed.
Also I looked his Name up on google and didnt find anything, isnt that weird for a Soldier of the US Army?
Anyways I would still like to have someone else“s opinion to confirm it is a scam, thanks.
