How to complete and confirm the payment:
Payment must be submitted by eBay Gift Cards that can be purchased at thousands of stores nationwide.

How it works
Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms: Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the Vehicle,
sale price and 5 days for the Buyer's inspection.
Buyer Pays eBay: If a Buyer has a very low feedback/reputation score or is new to eBay, Credit/Debit card or PayPal is allowed
if amount is not greater than $500. In case your purchase exceeds $500, the Buyer must pay using eBay Gift Cards Cards.
Vehicle is Shipped / Picked Up: Upon payment verification, the vehicle is shipped by the seller or picked up by the buyer. eBay
verifies that the Buyer receives the vehicle. The inspection period begins once the Vehicle is delivered.
Buyer receives the Vehicle: The Buyer has 5 days to verify the item and the option to accept or reject. Return shipping will be at
the Seller's expense.
The Seller is Paid by eBay: The transaction is complete. If the buyer is not satisfied, he must notify eBay with the item issues,
within the inspection period. A solution to most problems can usually be negotiated between the Buyer and Seller. If this is not
possible, the Buyer will receive the money from our trust account. In case the Buyer refuses to continue the transaction with the Seller
for other reasons, eBay will return the funds to the Buyer.
eBay Buyer Coverage
Buyers who pay for qualified physical goods using eBay are eligible for a coverage up to $50,000.00.
eBay has built up a base of millions of satisfied customers over the years through an intense focus on being responsive to their
concerns and acting quickly to resolve any outstanding problems. The vast majority of customers never need to use the A-to-Z
Guarantee reimbursement program, but for those who do, the guarantee claim gives customers a greater sense of trust and
confidence in shopping from the broad range of sellers.
Protection and refund
Once the item is delivered/picked up, the buyer has a five ( 5 ) days inspection period. After the inspection period is over, the buyer
will contact eBay with the results of the inspection. If, for any reason, the item does not pass the Purchaser's inspection, it will be
returned to the seller, on seller's expense and the funds will be returned to the buyer, in full in within 24 hours.
For safety reasons the payment details will be dealt with the utmost security and will not be handed to any third parties. eBay will be
in full control of the funds as soon as it reaches our trust fund account, so we will be able to protect and guarantee your funds. Once
the funds have been sent to our trust fund account, no one but the Purchaser will have access to it.
eBay will release the funds to the Seller only after the Purchaser receives and agrees with the item.
