If I ordered something through Amazon and never contacted the seller, is Amazon liable for the scam? I have been charged for the product, and there is a receipt on the Amazon site for my order, and I am afraid I have been duped. The name of the company is JDNTrades, and the email that I refuse to contact is [email protected].... There is an invoice on the Amazon site showing the purchase.
