A seller called Prime Store LTD was offering an Asus ROG laptop for £400 less than the Amazon price. Seller instructed potential buyers to email with name, address and phone number before buying. I did, and I received an email from 'Payment Amazon Team <[email protected]>' requiring me to make a bank transfer – the email looks perfectly legit with links pointing to amazon.co.uk, but considering the amount of money involved I declined.

I contacted Amazon and was told [email protected] is not from amazon.co.uk
