"Sgt. John Posey"

A few days ago I put a bicycle on craiglist for sale and within two days I got a response from a man (who didn't give his name). At first I became suspicious because he didn't try to negotiate on the price and immediately said he wanted to use paypal because he was "on an assignment" and couldn't meet with me and was arranging for it to be picked up by a mover. When I got the paypal notification I immediately was concerned because it wanted me to pay 275$ to the mover to pick up the bicycle. I asked him why he didn't pay them and he said "the mover doesn't accept paypal". I find it a little weird that he doesn't pay them directly and that's why I'm here asking about it. His name on paypal is "Sgt. John Posey" and I saw from another thread on this forum that there was another scam involved with someone posing as a U.S. military member with the surname "Posey". Also when he texts he has very poor grammar and almost broken english, does this sound like a scam?

Scam . This is Money Mule Scam . The paypal notification is either fake or its from a hacked / phished account . The mover in this scam scenario is the scammer himself . He's not interested in the Bicycle , only the fake movers fee he wants you to send him . His probable location is in Nigeria . Check your paypal account and if there was a transaction , notify paypal to reverse the transaction .
