Web Design Scam email: [email protected]

Just wanted to post this so when someone searches they find it as I couldn't find anything so I want to expose this new email and name. It is a common and old scam aimed at web designers. Here is the email:

"Hello,
Thanks for your prompt response.I have small scale business which i want to turn into large scale business now it located in TN and the company is based on Aviation Services such as Services for military and civil aviation, avionics sales, airport handling services so i need a best of the best layout design for it. Can you handle that for me ?. so i need you to check out this site but i need something more perfect than this if its possible. http://www.aviationservicesgroup.com.... the site would only be informational, so i need you to give me an estimate based on the site i gave you to check out, the estimate should include hosting and i want the same page as the site i gave you to check out and i have a private project consultant, he has the text content and the logos for the site.
Note:
1. I want the same number of pages with the example site i gave you to check excluding videos and blogs.
2. I want only English language
3. I don't have a domain yet but i want the domain name as aviexplore.net
4. you will be updating the site for me.
5. I will be proving the images, logos and content for the site.
6. I want the site up and running before ending of next month.
7. My budget is $5,000 to $7,500

His email again is [email protected] going under the name Mark Lewis. Please keep a heads and stay away from this ridiculous scam.

Oh, and in the text he used these numbers 1-415-996-0804 and 1-202-709-3630

I hate to be the one to challenge the deaf but beware: Vague information is not the way we do business. Why is the deaf person in charge of placing an order for 300 shirts for their family reunion? I don't mean to sound offensive but If it were me I would more than likely have someone with an artistic background and be WILLING to communicate effectively as to the details of the design. When he is limiting communication to email only without providing information as to billing address phone number etc. This guys is an ASS. Quite wasting my time!

I got the same text and email request for Wilson family reunion shirts. Text came from +1 (415) 996-0804 and email came from [email protected]
