This is another fake check scam. Same as my first post, except the contact info is different.
Contacted me first via text regarding an item I listed on CL and asked me to email them if the item was still available. The phone number they texted from is 469-249-2391. I emailed the address provided and in their response, they offered to send a cashier's check and extra money to hold the item. I fell victim to this 6-7 years ago when I was selling an item on eBay. Thankfully, at that time, I didn't send the item yet and I realized the money orders were fake before I tried to deposit them. Definitely not falling for this again and hope no one else does either!
