Yes, you can buy it only with your SSN. You should know that I just
got transferred on a construction site in Fargo, ND and I have the car
here with me. Here's what I propose: I can deliver the car to you,
using a trailer from the company I work for, no shipping costs on your
side. In order for me to make the shipping arrangements to deliver the
car to you, we will have to use Amazon Payments service, which will
give you 5 days to inspect and test drive the car, before making a
final decision, and title transfer takes place. You can read more
about the service in the attached document (also containing access to
Amazon's live chat support).
Why I consider my proposal to be a fair option for both of us? Well,
using Amazon Payments, your payment will stay and be managed by Amazon
Payments, and I will receive your payment from Amazon, only if/after
you agree to keep the car. If by any means you find that the car does
not meet your expectations, you'll get fully refunded, and the car
will get back to me (also no shipping costs on your side).
