Is this website legitimate or a scam?

I want to do business with a company I have found. The company is selling diamond jewellery, and sells it your company and ships it to your customers with your name on it without you touching it. The company seems to have strict rules to let you buy their products, with you having to show them proof of your established sales platform.

Their URL is http://www.bestdiamond-dropshipping.com/

I'm finding it hard to find information on them. Here are some though.

This is from their WhoIs data. I have also contacted the websites that they say they are verified at on their site, and I am awaiting a reply.


Can anyone help me sus them out to find out if they are legitimate or not?

The domain was registered 6 months ago for the minimum 1 year period - do they not plan on staying around long? Legitimate businesses usually register their domain for multiple years.

There is no physical contact details on the website either - would you really trust your customers' money with someone when you don't have a clue who or where they are? If the goods don't arrive with the customer, it is going to be you that they demand a refund from and possibly report for fraud.

True, but not always. I have registered a domain for a business for one year for certain reasons before, even when I planned for running it long than one year.

No need to hide from their partners or customers, but hiding some this info is done by some companies to stop spam. I know when I bought my most recent domain name, I got a phone call and about 30 emails in the next 2 weeks advertising web development.

It sure sounds like you are doubting everything we say. The fact is advertising is precious to any business, and free advertising is welcomed at any time. If a business owner chooses to hide their registration details by paying an additional fee to do that, instead of posting their physical location and getting a free email box so all the SPAM goes into it, then they don't think very well.

why would you trust them or their affiliates to give you information about them? If they don't provide it, there is a reason for that. It is that simple.

My guess is it isn't there at all, I won't waste my time doing the search. But its funny how some people you can not get to see the emperor being naked. They just see what they want.

It is your money and you send it to who ever you want to. It will be you loss.

If you had confidence of this company you would not be asking questions here.

@ T5, now Ali Baba has 5 opinions now, all agreeing with each other. The only one that differs is his/her own.

@ Bryon, he/she did offer one reason for hiding their details, to avoid SPAM. That is sort of like having a business phone #, and not posting / advertising it because telemarketers will call you... ( as if real customers are less important than telemarketers)??? The SPAM can be fixed with a free email box on the registration, and telemarketers given a phone # that no one can hear ring, so if they leave a message you can listen to it.
