Scammer: Is the car listed in (site) still for sale?

Me: The car listed in (site) is still for sale.

Scammer: I'm interested in buying. how long have you owned it?? what's your actual price for it?

Me:I own it for about 8 years. I sell it for 3.100 euros.

Scammer:Thank you for getting back to me. Am really satisfied in buying your AD. I'm ready to pay your asking price 3.100 euros including the PayPal transfer charges, I'm currently working overseas in the Mining Outskirts of Bosnia with my Company resources so I wont be able to come and do things personally,.. But the issue is i am an oceanographer and i do have a contract now so am presently on sea. The contract is strictly no call due to the lack of reception on the sea area. But I'm able to access email anytime as we will make use of laptop so my only quickest payment option is PayPal as i can send money via PayPal anytime. Since I'm requesting this transaction to be done via PayPal, i will be responsible for all the PayPal charges on this transaction and if you don't have an account with PayPal, its pretty easy, safe and secured to open one. Just log on to http://www.paypal.com. I hope we can make the purchase as fast as possible? I have a mover that will come for it once payment clears and they will take care of very necessary paper for me.I need your PayPal Full name and email address so i can send the money now.

The scammer is not interested in the item being sold. His only goal is to steal money from unsuspecting victims,

The following is total scammer nonsense..

PayPal will NEVER hold funds and ask for payment via Western Union or any other service.

According to the e-mail paypal sent to me which is also similar to yours, you have to pay $1,200 out of your own pocket through western union money transfer to the shipper address given to you..i think you can also find a western union office in any bank near you..

After you send the money $1,200 through western union. A receipt will be given to you at the western union office.

So you will scan the western union receipt and address it to a mail then reply to paypal confirmation email with it.

Once you do that then PayPal verify the western union detail and confirm everything valid then they will release your total amount into your account include the western union.

I hope you understand now...

It is ALWAYS a scam
If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon
