I posted my used car for sale on kijiji and this is one of the replies I got. I'm suspicious and want to be sure it's not a scam. Here is the entire conversation.

Welcome to Scamwarners,

It is a scam. The scammer wants to send you a fake/fraudulent check. Then have you wire money to his fake shipper.

Sell your car locally. Meet the buyer at a public place. Preferably his bank and take cash. Make sure you change the registration.

From the way he writes, he is obviously not in Timmins, but somewhere in West Africa.
