This website is a fraud I believe due to some research that has pointed me to this website

I work for the company who actually makes this product. I was pointed to this website due to "HICHINA ZHICHENG TECHNOLOGY LTD" being known for fraud websites. Is there anything that can be done to have this site shutdown or is China untouchable? Thanks for the help!

Please provide proof that the website is fraudulent, just claiming that you believe it to be "due to some research" and the fact that the registrar may have been used to register some fraudulent domains (so have all the major registrars) isn't sufficient.
