The account you mention is actually held at Barclays Bank plc Skipton and that's unusual as most we see are in London. It's interesting to note if they are spreading beyond the capital. Leicester is merely the administrative centre handling mail and phone calls for that branch and the scammers find this useful as it confuses and obscures where they're working from.
I'll pass the information on as it's useful to get any bank accounts involved in suspicious transactions highlighted and reported.
