I just received another scam attempt from my Craigslist posting from [email protected]. Also received another one from a new address: [email protected]. Same scam, different name.

"Hello, i appreciate your quick response on this sales i am very much satisfied with the condition and i want you to know that my term of payment is by certified check drawn from us bank and i have my own shipper that will come for the pick up of the item upon your confirmation of receiving and cash the check, and again to let you know that you don't need another buyer for the item so do withdraw the advert from CL and get back to me with the following information to have the check mail out to asap.
1.....full name to write on the check
2.....full physical address to mail the check to please not P.O BOX
3.....Home & Cell Phone to contact you
kindly get back to me asap, Regards"

Iris and slab: Thank you for contributing and good for you for spotting the scams! Could you please post the scam emails associated with those addresses? It helps if there is more of the information to show up in searches and we don't allow only addresses posted here without the scam context. If you look back in the thread you'll see that support team members are researching and adding information when only names/addresses are given. Thanks!! :D

Have you sent a payment to a scammer with Western Union and now realize it's a scam? If the payment has not been picked up, you can cancel it immediately! 1-800-448-1492

Here is the scammer that I recently came across while trying to rent a flat. I was so glad that I came across this site before it got any further!

another listing for a scammer posted on this thread...thanks for having this person's listing...saved me a lot of trouble...here is a current one...from a couple days ago...of course i deleted my personal info
