Do send any merchandise to someone with out cash in hand. Do not send money via Western Union or Money Gram to a fake shipper or Agent. Craigslist sales should be done in person with cash preferably in a public place.

Scammer will threaten you via email with threats from the FBI or other agencies. Its all lies. Just stop communicating with him and he will go away. His goal is to steal your property or money. He will write you back every time you reply to him.
