I would bet it is some type of overpayment scam. He will send you a fake check, or pay by a stolen credit card, for above your quoted price and ask for a refund of the difference, by Western Union.

It's a scam.

Thanks for your reply and assistance so far to book the car. To make sure that everything

is confirmed before arrival, we wish to make a deposit payment for you to hold our booking

for us. Also we wish to let you know that we also made an arrangement with an accommodation

agent who will book our accommodation and provide us with other logistic needs before and

during their stay. (The agent will handle the flight tickets, travel insurance and

translation needs on behalf of the guests).
Please kindly adhere to the following instructions in regards to the payment to hold our

booking in your place. Due to security and other reasons, I do not want two parties to

handle my credit card details.
1..As soon as you get my Credit Card details,You are requested to Charge 50% of your

deposit and also charge 6,750 Eur for the booking agent because he does not have a POS

2..Take the deposit payment of 50% for your service and Transfer the Balance of 6,750 Eur

to the agent for him to book our accommodation and other logistics needed.

forward to you our hotel address, times for the car service and other details. Our

destination is basically from the airport to the hotel and then to the venue of the

conference or sightseeing.

Well 7 days car rental from Rentash*t would be 700 dollars with insurance . Accommodation

at the 3 Star Lav?t?rium Hotel for one week comes to 1050 dollars . What about meals ? How

will they be paying for this tour ?
