TERMS AND CONDITION
---my name--- is expected to work for approximately 30 hours per week (5hours/day Monday to Friday). Every weekend, will be spent with our family (me, my grand daughter and you) at any park or tourism center or anywhere as you would have the weekends off.
The terms and conditions of Your job are as follows:
WORKING HOURS:
*Your working days are Monday through Friday ,while Saturday and Sunday are your off days
SALARY/WAGES ARE BELOW:
2500 EURO Monthly and additional 500 Euro weekly wages for your personal girly/lady day to day needs
*Your performance will be reviewed periodically and your we shall make an adjustments to your salary as it sees fit. Additional hours (Overtime) will be paid at a rate that we may agree between ourselves from time to time.
START Date and Period of Employment:
You are expected to resume duty as soon as you arrive here.
You are expected to be a good and reliable worker.
DISCIPLINE:
Reasons which could give rise to disciplinary measures are as follows:
(1 Causing a disruptive influence in the company is prohibited.
(2) Job incompetence is not allowed.
(3) Conduct during or outside working hours prejudicial to my interests..
(4) Unreliability in time keeping or attendance.
(5) Failure to comply with our reasonable instructions or procedures.
(6) Theft or other dishonest offenses will be dealt with.
(7) Drunkenness not allowed.
(8) Illegal drug taking prohibited.
(9) Child abuse or neglect highly prohibited.
NOTE: That any Activities of improper conduct will also be our concern too, you will be highly required to be of your best behavior (in or outside) as you work for us to protect our good name.
TRAVEL PROCESSING EXPENSES:
*You are expected to shoulder the processing for your visa and other necessary legal documents needed for your arrival.
*You are expected to pay half of the fee for your contract letter firstly which would be duely signed by the german aupair assocation In germany i would inform them to email you as soon as you are ready to pay Note:The fee for the contract letter 1000 Euros but i am Willing to help you with the sum of 500 Euro on your behalf so you are expected to provide the sum of 500Euro, when i make my payment i would send you a scan page so you would know how is done ok
*I am ready to shoulder 50% percent part of your travel fee for your convenience
NOTE: Before sending your next email make sure you have made up your mind concerning your contract letter, because it is illegal for us to be communicating without us signing a legal contract letter i hope this is understood
ACCOMMODATION/FEEDING:
You shall have a big room, huge, and has a double bed, with sitting area and TV/DVD/Video/Hifi. There is also a wireless broadband internet in the house!!Do well to send us your references or resume, and I would get in touch with them.We shall discuss travel arrangements in due course of which I would be of generous assistance to you.
*As for your Accommodation and feeding free,

My name is Dapper Stephen am from Nigeria and yes i would be proud to say i know mr John Bartel and his family he's a great man and keeps to his words, i was very happy been an aupair for his grand daughter last year summer they are amazing people he's a contractor and a very hard working man if you are well behave and nice he would pay extra to you, shopping and other tourism allowances he would shut deducting your salary, while i was coming back to my country he bought me lovely things for my parents and sibilings he's a great man, my passport expires in 2 months time so i can get a visa would have love to work for him this year again, Yes the contract letter you will have to pay that before you would be permited to skype and exchange futher identifications is a rule and policy in the aupair world assocation this is to protect our own image, if he has emailed you about contract letter just inform him when you would be paying and how much you have to pay i guess the contract letter should be 1000 Euros and i trust Mr john Bartel he would definitely pay half for you, the earlier the better he loves people who does things on time in one word punctuality and hardworking type are his favorite, Less i forget you can only make contract payment through western union
