Scams offering fake Au Pair positions
by David Jansen Thu Dec 27, 2012 2:43 am
This is not an au pair opportunity, it is a scam. It starts with the scammer writing you an email pretending to be the previous au pair saying that a host family needs a new au pair. This scammer has a profile on easyaupair.com as an au pair which is fake, and not as a family, to make the scam more believable.

IP 41.71.201.22 Lagos Nigeria.

Here are the stolen photos that are used for the fake au pair profile.

First email from the fake host family:

Hi Aupair,
We are british family living in Paris, France, we are looking for aupair or childminder to mind our son Caden after school, he attends a kindergarten and leaves while we are still at work, aupair job is to stay with him at home while we are away or at work, other related duties are dressing and clothing him with family shopping.
My wife agrees that we pay 200Euros salary per week including free meals and accommodation if you agree, you don't need to speak french to work with us, we are english family, please tell us if you are available to work in France.

Second email:

Hello,
Thank you again for your interests, tell us a bit about yourself, your educational background, hobbies, marital status, nanny experience, your health status, (good or bad) do you have any regular illness? are you a reliable nanny/aupair?
My wife worked with some travel agents so our family will make your flight bookings if you already have a french working visa to live and work in France.

Thanks.
