This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam. This scammer also sends a near-identical email to this one when pretending to be called Dinah Limpet or Calita Denbrough. You can see this here:

Subject: Hello Au pair, Regan's Family Needs Your Service.
Hello Au pair,
We are looking for An au pair to join us here in United Kingdom. We
live on a large property that is near a corner store and a 10 minute
drive to local shops. We have our little son Vans that is 2 years old
to look after. In our family there is myself, my husband and our son.
We also have plenty of extended family that we see regularly. My
husband and I are both active and enjoy golf, tennis and running.
We would like you to look after Vans carefully and do light housework
when he is asleep That is why we decided to choose your profile at
Aupairconnect.com. You will be required to take Vans to
school, appointments, activities and outings. We would also like you to
be a part of the family during their stay and teach us about your
culture and language.
We would like an Au pair that is active and outgoing that is happy to
take Vans outdoors and for walks and talk to him, play with him and
read books etc.
If you are interested in our offer kindly write to us for further
discussion regarding the position.
Looking forward to hear from you.
With love.
Mrs. Kiera Regan
