This scam mail was not sent from the UK; it was sent from Nigeria, as proven by the IP address: 41.206.12.40 - Lagos, Nigeria. The telephone number, like all telephone numbers beginning +4470, is not a normal UK number; it is a 'redirect' number which redirects all calls to a mobile phone almost anywhere in the world. In this case, it redirects calls to the scammer's mobile phone in Nigeria.
