The second mail was:

Thank you for responding to our email, we are very much interested in
you and as said ealier we are a British family living in California
and we will be moving to London, UK soon so we need an aupair/nanny
that can help us to take good care of our children when we get to
London. We are not sure of the moving date yet because we intend to
find an aupair/nanny before we move to the UK. My name is Shaplin
Pochop an aeronautic engineer and my wife is patra Pochop a

and our kids are still too young to be left alone and due to my new

remain here in California for a while to conclude her project which
will take about 2 weeks here in California after which she will join

she is a shy girl and she likes sport, she is intelligent and funny
and i am sure you will really enjoy your stay with her. Dan is 5y/o
and he is a little bit difficult especially when hungry but he is an
obedient boy and he also likes sport especially cricket and American
football and he thinks one day he will play the sport. We hope to move
to the UK soon and we will like you to start working immediately we

with us and you will not regret working as aupair in my family. Your
duty is basically taking sole charge of the kids and making sure they
are in a good state of health at all time, you will also take them to
school every morning and do some house cores when necessary. You will
be required to work for 40 hours weekly from Monday to Friday with
weekends off and the kids will be in school from 10am till 2 pm daily
so you can do other things or go to Language class if you want during
your free time since you will be having enough free time. We are
offering to pay you 1500 pounds monthly salary with a weekly pocket
money of 145 pounds for your transport, phone bills and other little
expenses.

I recently formtted my computer due to virus attack and i lost all the

family on my computer at the moment but i will try to scan some
pictures for you soon.
Hoping to read from you ASAP.
Hope to hear from you soonest possible.
Cheers

The third:
Thanks for the response, we hope to move to our new home in Gloucester
road London in 2 weeks as soon as we confirm your commitment to work
as the next aupair in my family.
I am satisfied with your response and i definitely believe you will be
a good companion for our children. Our main priority is for you to be
a friendly and kids loving person and with all i have read of you so
far i believe you are.
I will like you to confirm the arrival date better and let me know of
that in due time so that i can also plan our schedule ahead to pick
you up at the airport when you arrived. Mind you try and choose a
weekend arrival so that i can be well available to give you every
support necessary.
Once again your salary is £1,500 monthly and you will also be paid
£145 weekly pocket money. i have decided to offer you a very high
salary to enable you pay rent and municipal charges and also have some
saving while living in London.
As for your stay duration we hope to sign a three months contract with
you for a start and extend the contract if we are satisfied with your
services and if your are also willing to continue working with our
family but it is okay if you wish to sign less duration agreement.
Waiting your immediate reply.
Cheers

the 4th:
We hope to move to our new home in Gloucester road London in 2 weeks
as soon as we confirm your commitment to work as the next aupair in my
family.
I quite understood your commitment to join our family and care for my
kid but we don't have a provision for a live-in accommodation which
seems not suitable for you.
I have actually included a rent and other municipal charges in your
salary and that is why your salary is a bit high. In case you want us
to scout for a shared accommodation for you we can do so through the
same estate caretaker that secure our home in Gloucester and get back
to you. So do confirm if a shared flat will be fine for you so that we
can ask for its availability from the estate caretaker immediately.
Waiting to read from you.
Cheers

the 5th:
Thanks for the response, i will contact the estate caretaker to help
you search for a cheap and conducive apartment in Gloucester road and
i will inform you as soon as i have information from the estate
caretaker regarding any available shared flat in Gloucester road.
However, i think you should look on the estate caretaker website for
available shared flat in gloucester road pending the time we wait to
hear from him. The website is http://www.ukflatsharecompany.tk
Cheers

the 6th:
We did make few contacts on shared flat apartment in Gloucester road
and with the list of prizes given i think one of the cheapest of all
we got cost about £93 weekly and rent are expected to be paid in
advance. According to the estate caretaker, the apartment he found you
is just few houses away from us and i think that is very good. With
the description given we understood it's comfortable because we were
told it has a bed, an internet, tv, refrigerator, gas cooker, heater
and a bathroom.
The fact is that at the moment i can't negotiate any apartment further
in advance per se, since we are yet to affirm your consent on it and
more so because we understood the issue of accommodation it's a first
come first serve thing and their is no way we can secure one for you
without your full readiness.
So do let me know if the prize is okay with you and in case you need
any further information on the flat let me know as well so that i can
verify more and also connect you with the estate caretaker in charge.
Waiting your immediate reply.

the 6th:
The estate caretaker told me that you have to pay the rent deposit in
order to secure the apartment and he also told me that there are other
tenants interested in renting the room and it is a first come first
serve basis and it is the first person to pay the rent become the
bonafied tenant of the apartment. So, you have to send the rent
deposit to the estate caretaker immediately so that he can secure the
apartment for you before someone else pay for it. Inform me as soon as
you have secured the apartment so that i can start preparing for your
arrival.
Hence, you should contact the estate caretaker immediately for details
on the apartment and how to book the apartment before it is let out to
another tenant. You can contact the estate caretaker via email:
[email protected] or phone number +447035903606 and there
website is http://www.ukflatsharecompany.tk
Inform me as soon as you have secured the apartment so that i can
start making arrangement on our trip to the UK. Hope to hear from you
soonest possible.
Cheers

Than, I was contacted by his friend (or his caretaker):

Shaker style’ kitchen includes fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Open plan living and dining area fully furnished. Very convenient, within walking distance of offices, shops, pubs and local amenities. Easy access to motorways. Broadband services are available. I attached some pictures of the apartment to this email and the room is vacant and ready to move in at the moment.
I already spoke with Mr Shaplin about the available room and it is the only cheap room and the cheapest you can find in Gloucester road. There are other tenants interested in this same room because it is cheap and comfortable but i have promised Mr Shaplin to secure the room for you only if you can pay the advance rent deposit immediately.
Kindly let me know if this condition is okay with you (i.e, if you are ready to pay the rent deposit right away) otherwise i will have to accept payment from other tenants and sign the lease agreement.
Best Regards
UK Flat Share Company.
Matt Adam

The second:
The apartment is a 1 room flat room flat as explained in the previous email and as you can see in the pictures sent to you so you will not be sharing the apartment with anybody but people lives in the nieghbourhood and the apartment is just few walk to subway.
The rent is 372 pounds Monthly and you are required to pay 1 month rent deposit in advance with the refundable security deposit of 450 pounds. The security deposit is refundable at the end of your rent contract. You will send the payment directly to the Landlord of the apartment but she's presently in Russia and could only receive the payment via western union cause she don't have a bank account in Russia as she's a UK residence and has a bank account only in UK but she will like to receive the money in Russia and that is why she advised a western union payment so that she can receive the payment in Russia.
You should send the payment to the Landlord western union account immediately via the details below.
Name: DOLININA IRINA, address is 378 Maximagolkaga, Moskovskoye, RUSSIAN FEDERATION, RUSSIA.
Send me the payment receipt immediately you make the payment so that i can prepare your lease agreement to be signed by you.
Note that failure to company to the condition of the rent (i.e, sending the payment immediately) might make you loose the apartment and it is the only cheap apartment available at the moment.
Best Regards
UK Flat Share Company.

So, When I contacted Mr Pochop to tell him that I didn't want to spend 800 £ for a flat never-seen, He forced me, talking me that, if I didn't rent THAT flat, He had to searching for another aupair.

I didn't send the money, fo course.

But yesterday, I have received a mail by walter dunham ([email protected]) with the following text:

Do you have any emails from the flatsharecompany.tk domain? If so, could you post them with headers? I'd like our fake site killers to check out that domain and see if it is something that needs to be killed.

Need to post photos? http://scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=3219

Thank you! Well, I received those mail on 3th june (friday), but, what that scared me, is Mr "Adam" has defrauded a lot of people, I know because I read a lot of posts about him (only after friday) and I think that Mr Adam could change his name but he'll still defraud people! How can we stop Him forever?

I have had the exact same emails!! However I knew something wasn't right when they knew so much about the property I could rent so soon and on the same street as them (coincidence) also there are many Gloucster roads in London and he/she would not provide me with the information of the exact address.

I am writing this as I know some aupairs will fall into the trap of paying the asked deposit and loose alot of money.

The last email I received from Walter is below:

I understand your concern and i want you to know that we are set to move to UK as we already packed all our stuffs and we are just waiting for you to secure an apartment so that we can buy our ticket and fly to UK. You can be rest assured that you already have the job but we want you to secure the apartment before we move to UK as we will like to be sure of your seriousness and commitment to join us. I spoke to the estate caretaker and he confirmed that you can pay part of the deposit now to secure the apartment and you pay the rest after your first month of work with my family. Hence, you should contact the estate caretaker immediately to secure the apartment.
Inform me as soon as you have secured the apartment so that we can proceed with our travel plan.
Cheers

Watch out for this scam!!!

Watch out for this scam!!!

When I asked him
"I can't understand. What's the problem if I live in a House or in another? the children will stay at your home, and they'll never be in my flat, or not?"
Mr Phocop answered me:
"Please do try to understand us, we know that sometimes you might want
the kids to be with you in your apartment or even spend night with you
in your apartment so we have to be sure that you are securing a safe
apartment and also we will not be able to gaurantee you safety if you
do not rent an apartment we are sure of. Hence, you have to rent the
apartment found by the estate caretaker so that we will be both in a
safe hands. Do let us know immediately if you are ready to abide by
our rules otherwise we will have no choice but to look for another
caregiver.
Cheers"

so they tried to prove that black is white and white black

shireen25, when you hear from Phochop-Walter the last time?

The scammer calling himself Shaplin Pochop is also using this email address:

[email protected]

This scammer uses many different names. Here are just a few of them:

Conor Oprea
Lambert Newton
Straw Alex
Vanessa Lauger

He really lives in Nigeria, as proven by his IP addresses. Unfortunately, we are not able to stop him sending out his scams, but we can continue to publicize them, and warn au pairs to ignore these fake host families.
